Barely into their twenties, Classixx has begun defining a new sound for the Los Angeles electronic music scene. A refreshing change from the trance and techno inspired Electro that has been dominating dance floors, their Donna Summers-esque grooves have caught the ears of music aficianados, fans and artists alike. With recent remixes for groundbreaking artists such as Phoenix, The Ting Tings, Shiny Toy Guns, and the Sounds, their funky midtempo sound is turning heads everywhere.

The Miracles Club is a performance art and house music group from Portland, Oregon. Members Rafael Fauria, Honey Owens and Ryan Boyle have been exploring the relationship between sound, movement, audience and artist. Taking elements from classic Chicago acid house, world music, experimental pop and contemporary dance. They have been adding a new and vibrant energy to the west coast club scene over the last year or so. They released two 12” EP’s last year and are currently working on another two with Dan Whitford of Cut Copy on the Cutters imprint.

The Tempers are a three-piece band from Seattle consisting of three siblings, Corina Bakker (vocals), James Bakker (synth) and Chalia Bakker (drums). They play a unique style of electronic music that blends the more psychedelic sounds of the early 70′s with an experimental electronic sound inspired by artists of the last two decades. The band is heavily focused on songwriting, creating songs that seem classic yet are distinctly different from anything that’s been done.
